Types of Financial Aid

Northridge uses need-based financial aid to make attendance feasible for as many qualified students as possible. The processes of applying for financial aid and admission to Northridge are done independently. Grants of financial aid are based on the family’s financial need. If you would like to apply for financial aid, you should do so at the same time you apply for admission to the school. Families who apply for financial aid receive priority for hosting international students. Learn more about the types of aid we offer below:

Hosting an International Student

int-rrrr

Our international program offers tuition assistance ranging from $3,000-$12,250 annually (depending on the duration of the student’s stay in your household). Many Northridge families find that by hosting an international student, they do not need to apply for further aid. For more information on hosting an international student, please contact Mr. Jack Cleveland, International Program Director, at (847) 375-0600 ext. 492 or [email protected].

Up to $12,250
