Registration, Waitlist & Cancellations
Do I need an ACTIVE Account to register my son? If this is your first time registering your son, you do not need to create an Active account in advance. At the end of your registration, Active will prompt you to create a password and account.
Waitlist. Even if a camp is full, you may register your son up for the waitlist. Your credit card will not be charged when you sign him up on the waitlist. When a spot becomes available in a program, the first person on the waitlist will automatically receive an invitation by email. You will have 24 hours to register via this invitation. Especially on the first day of registration, please periodically check your email to see if you've received this automated email.
Cancellations. There will be no camps that have cancellations or changes in dates. There will be no refunds for days missed of camp or later cancellations required. You may cancel your registration up to two weeks before the camp and pay a 25% cancellation fee. All camp cancellations within two weeks before the camp start date will not be eligible for a refund.
