Middle School Math Enrichment
This course is designed as a refresher of mathematic fundamentals necessary to succeed in Northridge Middle School mathematics classes. The class will meet for 2 hours, twice a week, for 10 days. The class will start with core concepts and build off of them, in order to make sure that the students understand each step of the process. It is highly recommended for Northridge Math Students.
STAFF: Mr. Alan Jankowski, graduated from Rockford College (now University) in December 2011 with a B.S. in Mathematics and a Secondary Education minor. He holds a middle school endorsement for both Mathematics and Social Science, but primarily focuses on teaching math. At Northridge he has taught classes in Algebra 1 and 2, Math Lab Geometry, Precalc, Pre Algebra, and Middle School Math.
- Registration will be on a first-come first served basis. We will take the first 20 students.
- Students should bring a calculator and notebook to class everyday. Materials will be passed out and no textbook is required.
