ABOUT OPEN HOUSE
We want to meet you! With current parents as your guides, you’ll have a personal introduction to the Northridge community.
This is your first step towards one of the more important decision you will make: where to send their children to school. We believe each boy has a distinct mission and purpose in his life. And that it's a great adventure to first discover that mission and purpose, and then to embrace it. Our mission is to help young men along that path -- building men of intellect and character who love God. At Open House, our goal is to build community and get to know prospective parents who share our vision for your sons. At Open House you will experience all aspects of the school -- students, teachers, parents, academics, athletics, and more -- in a comfortable and engaging setting for the whole family. It is the best way to learn about our school community. We look forward to meeting you!
Why Parent-Led Tours?
Raising men of intellect and character is a team effort. It’s both a collaboration between the school, and individual families as much as it is a collaboration between individual families. With current Northridge parents as your Open House tour guides, you’ll learn about us in a comfortable environment where you can ask the important questions required to determine if you’re a good fit for Northridge.
Bring the Whole Family
Your whole family is invited to experience Open House. To properly evaluate whether Northridge would be a good fit, it’s important you and your whole family experience Open House together. We also want Open House to be a fun and engaging experience for prospective students. During the Headmaster’s Presentation, students up to 6th grade will experience our Hall System by competing in an all-out Nerf War. 7th and 8th graders will get to meet with and interact with current 12th grade student leaders.
The Headmaster’s Presentation
In 2015, Mr. Niall Fagan became Northridge’s newest headmaster. Before Northridge, Mr. Fagan was mentored by Northridge’s founding headmaster, Mr. Jim Stenson, who left a deep impression on his life. Mr. Fagan brings enthusiasm and energy to the school, and his presentation will explain the impact and importance of Northridge’s mission in the world.
Walk-in registration is also available.
