Admissions

These pages serve as a helpful guide as you consider this critical step in your family's lifeĀ

We Admit Families

One concept guides the Admissions process at Northridge: ā€œWe admit families, not only students.ā€ Why? Building men of intellect and character who love God is a team effort. To accomplish that mission we must effectively partner with our parents, who we believe are the primary educators of their children. To get to the hearts, minds, and wills of our students requires a strong bond between home and school founded on mutual understanding, deliberate guidance, and consistent messages. We start building that bond in the Admissions process.

The Middle School Years: A Good Place to Be a Boy

God gave boys in the Middle School years unquenchable enthusiasm and a thirst for adventure and fun. Northridge helps boys transform those natural (and good!) tendencies into higher ideals and virtues like: toughness in facing adversity, selfless camaraderie, the pursuit of difficult achievements, and more.

The High School Years: Where Great Men are Built

The academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs in the High School demand excellence from each student. We hold High Schoolers accountable as they learn what it means to be generous friends, good teammates, and approach their work with professionalism. By the time they are seniors, we expect them to be real leaders in the school; setting the tone for the Middle School, and rest of the High School.
