Noah grew up in Winnetka, Illinois, and attended New Trier High School. He earned his B.A. in Theology and Religion from the University of Oxford, graduating with highest honors. His studies focused on Thomist and Indian philosophical traditions.

At Oxford, Noah led the Oxford University Thomistic Institute chapter and served as President of Oxford Students for Life. He has also interned with the Ethics and Public Policy Center, working on twentieth-century German Catholic thought.

At Northridge, Noah serves as Program Manager and teaches High School Theology and English. At Northridge, Noah serves as Program Manager and teaches High School Theology and English. In his free time, he enjoys running and playing music.
