Nate grew up in the Chicago suburbs and earned his B.A. from Moody Bible Institute, where he studied Theology, Philosophy, and Biblical Studies. He went on to earn his M.Div. from Duke University Divinity School, where he and his wife, Hannah, came into full communion with the Catholic Church.

Nate brings nearly ten years of teaching experience at both classical and diocesan schools, along with a deep love for the Catholic intellectual tradition.

At Northridge, Nate teaches Philosophy, Theology, and History in both Middle School and High School. Outside the classroom, he enjoys reading great books, playing basketball, being outdoors, and embracing the full energy of family life.
