Michael Romano

About Mr. Romano
Michael is a member of Northridge’s Class of 2013, following in the footsteps of his brother Johnny ’10 and ahead of his brother Charlie ’15. He earned his B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
After college, Michael spent several years in enterprise technology sales before transitioning into operations and management within his family’s business. He returned to Northridge in 2024 to help lead new campus planning initiatives.
At Northridge, Michael teaches the Yearbook elective and serves as faculty advisor for the Service Club, Bears Club, and Entrepreneurial Club. He and his wife, Ali, have two sons, JJ and Peter. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing, woodworking projects, and cheering on Notre Dame and the Bears.
