Michael grew up in Park Ridge and earned his B.S. in Environmental Sciences and Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 2022. His senior thesis assessed the soil health impacts of conservation practices on U.S. farms.

At Notre Dame, Michael sang with the Notre Dame Folk Choir and spent a summer working with high school students at Jerusalem Farm, a Catholic farming community in Kansas City. Michael’s teaching career began as a guest science teacher at a local elementary school. He later taught middle school science at St. Juliana School in Edison Park

At Northridge, Michael teaches High School Science and Math. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and running.
