Jack comes from a long-time Northridge family. He graduated from Northridge in 2007.
While at Northridge Jack was a leader in his class and involved in a number of activities
such as drama, student council, voice of Northridge and more.

He attended Holy Cross College in South Bend and upon graduation held roles in sales,
marketing and program management first at Ecolab, a food safety company, and then at
the market research firm Technomic. Most recently Jack was a senior client lead at
Upwork, which is by far the largest marketplace for freelancers. At Upwork, Jack was
responsible for maintaining and growing revenues with large companies that included
household names in technology and education. Jack successfully grew these accounts
by an average of 20% year-over-year.

Jack and his wife Paloma live in Libertyville with their beautiful young children. Paloma
is from Spain and Jack has spent extended time living and working there – immersed in
the culture and becoming fluent in Spanish.
