Coach McGuire brings a wealth of lacrosse experience as a player in high school at Benet Academy and Division I at Lafayette College. He coached at the collegiate level for two seasons as an assistant at Illinois Wesleyan under the longtime and successful head coach, Zach Iannucci. Coach McGuire also played and coached for True Lacrosse, one of the area’s top club programs.

Coach McGuire earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Lafayette College and a master’s degree in Sports Management from Illinois State University. Along with his playing and coaching experience, Coach McGuire works as a graphic/web designer for True Lacrosse. Before his current position, he worked with Major League Lacrosse, the Premiere Lacrosse League, and as a graphic designer in the Mortgage and Real Estate industries.
