Prior to coming to Northridge, Croix spent 5 years in event management, overseeing the entire production of large corporate conventions and concerts. During his spare time, Croix coached at several schools, most recently at the Sacred Heart schools. In 2021, a mutual friend connected him with Will Rey, and he was hired as Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach soon after. In addition, for the past seven years, Coach Urcina has served as a head basketball coach skills trainer at Chicago’s “Over The Edge” Basketball Club.

Croix brings a great combination of project management and coaching experience, skills well suited to running the International Program. In his free time he enjoys traveling, watching sporting events, and searching for the best Asian cuisine in Chicago.
