About Mr. Knight
Mr. Knight graduated with a B.A. in History from UCLA in 2014. As an undergraduate, Mr. Knight led the student group for the Center for Liberal Arts and Free Institutions (CLAFI), ran competitively training for the Paralympics, and explored a teaching vocation through various summer and research programs. In college he also developed a passion for mastering the art of writing concise, compelling, and elegant copy. After deciding against careers in both teaching and law school, he committed to exploring a career in marketing, where he might further develop his talents as a marketer and creative director — combining skills in branding, content creation, copywriting, photography, design, and messaging strategy. After brief stints at various California startups in tech and the music industry, Mr. Knight moved across the country to Chicago in the summer of 2017 to tell the Northridge story and grow its mission to build men of intellect and character who love God.
At Northridge, Mr. Knight is responsible for increasing awareness about our school by producing media like Knightly News, the Annual Report, and by leading marketing operations for Summer Programs, Parent University, Open House, and other branding / development initiatives. He also does most of the school’s official photography, and manages a team of photography students who cover community events.
In his free time Mr. Knight enjoys cooking, reading about history and business, working out, and photography.
