SPAN 373-374: Advanced Spanish

Course Description
In this course, students focus on mastering all tenses, moods and grammatical structures of the Spanish language for conversational and written Spanish. Conversations and discussions occur on a daily basis with Spanish being the only language for class dialogue. Students will also enhance their vocabulary and fluency necessary for comprehensive reading of original Spanish texts derived from novels, newspapers, and online media. The goal is to provide a rich, diverse Spanish language experience. This course is the first part of a two-year AP Spanish curriculum, typically studied during 11th and 12th grades.
