SPAN 213-214: Intermediate Spanish

Course Description
Intermediate Spanish provides students with the verbal tools and opportunities to actively produce paragraph-level expressions for the purpose of basic description and communication of opinions. Students will regularly encounter authentic Spanish-language material from a variety of cultural sources, and they will begin to paraphrase and comment upon the information therein. Students will also become acquainted with basic facts and themes in Spanish and Latin-American history and literature.
