PE 227-228: Weightlifting & Conditioning


Course Description

Students in weight training will work on their physical fitness, learning and practicing weight lifting techniques that they can use for the rest of their lives. Students will occasionally receive readings related to nutrition, kinesiology, sleep and overall health. In addition, students will learn about setting and working towards realistic progressions so that they can end the semester stronger.
