About Our Program
The Northridge Baseball program sponsors teams at both the Varsity and Junior-Varsity levels. The Knights are members of the Illinois High School Association (IHSA) and compete in the Independent School League (ISL). Along with conference play, the Knights also play against excellent non-conference competition from the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs resulting in a highly competitive 35-game schedule. Each spring the varsity team travels to compete against out-of-state opponents. Beyond the opportunity to play baseball, these trips serve as a time for players to bond and for coaches to continue to emphasize important team values. Trips destinations include Disney World, St. Louis, Nashville, Washington DC, Kansas City, and Naples, Florida.
