Overview
We designed this training camp to help your son become a skilled, strong, and competitive wrestler. All week, we’ll challenge your son — working with him to improve his skills on the mat, in the weightroom, and on his feet with match-like conditions. The camp focuses on three aspects of being a great wrestler: disciplined technique, strength, and conditioning. Using both mat exercises and the Northridge weight room, campers will practice the best exercise routines for developing the strength & conditioning required to be a wrestler.
Why Wrestling?
Our goal? To push your son’s physical, emotional, and mental limits. To use wrestling and the values it instills to provide the necessary tools for him to continue his ascension from a boy to a young man. Nothing of value comes without hard work and sacrifice.
