Lacrosse Skills Camp

Category: Athletics

Overview

Is your son interested in the sport of lacrosse but doesn’t know where to start? With an emphasis on passing, catching, and communication, the Lacrosse Skills camp is a great opportunity for your son to learn the fundamentals of the game and start building the skills necessary to join his local team.

Why Lacrosse Skills Camp?

The camp is designed to be a fun atmosphere where your son can build a foundation in lacrosse. First and foremost, the camp will help your son develop his “stick skill”. Passing and catching are essential to the sport. From there, your son will learn the basics of offense, defense, and how to communicate with his teammates. Drills include:

  • Basic 2-Line Passing
  • Line Drills (passing while moving)
  • Cradling & Ball Protection
  • Basic Shooting
  • Non-Contact Offensive & Defensive Movements
