Overview
In the Introduction to Fishing summer camp, boys will get to explore and learn about the intricate sport of fishing. Campers will begin by learning the basics of fishing, learning how to set up a fishing pole, casting, and most importantly: catching a fish! The skills taught in this camp include:
- Setting up a fishing pole
- Casting
- Reeling
- When and where to use certain fishing bait(s)
- The different types of fishing equipment

Mr. Kieran Driver grew up in England, holds his B.A. in Philosophy, and served as a student officer in the Cambridge University Royal Navy Unit. He is a regular fisherman and brings his four children to the local lakes around the northern chicago suburbs.
